To order, please use our simple, three-step process:

1. Download and Complete the order form. Note the total cost.
2. Send a cheque by mail OR use a credit card on-line by clicking the paypal button below. Enter the total cost calculated on the order form as the 'item cost'
   
   
3. Email your order form to office@carolinian.org. You may include a note in your email regarding any special instructions. Make sure to note if payment information submitted through paypal is different from your personal information (i.e. if you are using a credit card that belongs to someone else)
