The following is a
partial list of animals and plants that you might find in
Carolinian Canada. Some are easier to find than others. For
example, Spicebush is quite common in Carolinian
forests , while Cucumber Magnolia is so rare it is designated
an Endangered species in Canada. Some of these animals and plants
can be found outside of the Carolinian life zone, but they are
more common and typical in the region. Others are very uncommon,
and are to be found in only a handful of places.
